Nibbed Back Carpet Backing 38"

This is a nibbed rubber backed fabric that can be glued or sewn to the back of any carpet or floorcovering to hold it in place when placed over other carpet. It is the same nibbed backing you see on floor mats you purchase for your car. It comes in a 38 inch width.
